Best hotel I've stayed in so far. The rooms are really cozy and comfortable. It has free wifi, gym, swimming pool, prayer room, smoking room and many more. The swimming pool should have had a deep end for swimmers. The only drawback is it's location. The streets are too narrow and no place to park the car and make a quick order from a restaurant. Other than that it's the perfect hotel to stay in when going for a vacation.

Gateway is a 3 star hotel located at Bur Dubai near the famous Meena Bazar.
The hotel is very good for Family stays.
The rooms are good and spacious.
The buffet breakfast is well spread with lots of Indian options.
It has a rooftop swimming pool also.
The hotel is very well maintained and is in close proximity to Gold Souk, Spice Souk, Abra Boat ride and lots of Indian Pure Vegetarian Restaurant's.

Good hotel, courteous staff. Comfortable beds, clean washroom with modern fittings.

breakfast is decent, mostly Asian.
restaurant room service gave fresh hot rice, noodles, French fries with good quantity.

Keep a note of check-in timings and align the flights accordingly.

Room service is good, they helped with things we asked.

Overall a good stay.

I stayed in this hotel with big group of people and everyone was very pleased. Nice hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff! I was not sure about the location, but in the end it was really good, easy access, Dubai souk, many nice shops and local restaurants near by. I will recommend this hotel to my friends for sure. :))

Positive: Hotel is very very clean. Room was spotlessly cleaned daily. Room air con is very quite. Strong WiFi. Staff are excellent, especially cleaning staff. Negative: Towels are changed daily but they are quite rough. Noise from doors to rooms slamming.

We stayed in this hotel in April for 3 days. The rooms are good. Swimming pool staff good. We were kept waiting for checking in even though it was 2 o'clock.The lady receptionist Karthika denied our reservation with rude face. She didn't try to help, she just told that your reservation is nor there even though it was there. Her behaviour was very rude. Then her senior came and talked with the person and let us check in. After that also she was looking at us rudely like we have done something to her. In hospitality field, you shouldn't be such rude. Very bad experience with lady receptionist Karthika. Other everything was good. Rooms are clean and new. Location is not too far from meena bazar.

Not a good place to stay. No balcony in the rooms. Ac can not be reduced or turned off. No parking space in front of hotel due to heavy traffic. Breakfast is over crowded and noisy. It’s really far from the main city area. Checked out early even though I had booked the hotel for a longer stay.
