Good selection of product but the store is not well organized, getting food from their lunch buffet and payment takes and unusual lot of time and needs to be made more efficient.

Very bad employee experience.

I took an item highlighted at AED 8.70 in the shelf. When I paid my basket of items, the scanned price was AED 43.50.
They looked at me badly when I notified and I had to show them the shelf.
Then they stated that it was a promotion stopped 2 days ago, that they forgot to remove. They refunded me fully the product that I paid, taking it back to the shelf. But again making me feel guilty and ashamed in front of all customers without any apology.

Limited collection of items but you can find mostly daily essentials items in good quality with hassle free

Convenient Express market only for people working around the hood to grab quick snack sometimes they have good buy bulk deals but you find the prices are higher than the supermarkets around…

The supermarket has strange smell when you first step inside it smells kitchen and also the products in the fridge and freezer they are always smelly I really have no Idea why.

The fresh bakery stuff expires really fast I would recommend residents around to drive 2 mins more to reach other supermarkets to buy grocery stuff.

Other than that, this express market is made for people who are working around the place and tourists to grab quick snack not for the residents to do grocery shopping.

they close earlier than their timing , instead of giving a local service they force people to walk faraway.
very bad service.
