I placed an online order from shopping application. Géant team villanova branch .
Removed items from my basket without my consent even though the item is already a substitute for another item thats out of stock .
Also they sent me wrong items .
I tired to reach them on their customer service line on different occasions and times but no response.
Honestly such a horrible E-commerce experience from a big company like Géant , such unprofessionalism that they can’t even keep their inventory updated in 2023 AI era .
Never again to deal to with Géant first and last experience .

Quite a complete place to find your daily needs. Good organic selections. And also special isles for gluten free, sugar free, and imported products

Prices are higher than other supermarkets. There is no variety of food. Fruits and vegetables are not fresh at all.
No eye contact or communication from cashier employees to inform you about your final bill

Nice place for fast shopping for groceries. Decent fish section,it would be great to have bit more varieties and person that knows how to make fille.

High price with really little offer. It's so sad for us to buy fresh fruit (raspberry in our case) in different moments and always is damaged that it isn't possible to see without opening the pack. Never more.

Never enough staff on duty, always only one cashier. What is the point having an express lane when there is never anyone on that till or it is being used for online orders, defeats the purpose. Get self check out points or more staff.

Always check out your receipt, they never update their prices on the shelves and then you always have a suprise at checkout. The staff is always sorry but next week will be the same story
