OK, don't know what is going on but..... Placed an order over a year ago, and no reply to my emails when I did get one it was 'yes we have your order and we'll sort it out as soon as, and then nothing. If this has moved to a new owner perhaps they can sort out the 'Ahem F'ups of the previous owner who took our money' if not I am very sorry to say that they will inherit a whole world of hurt from so much negative feedback online that it will destroy them even before they have moved/been taken over/changed name. The final word is 'Not 'F' Happy' Use with extreme caution!

I'd hoped to avoid having to leave a bad review as I'd ordered a decent amount of stuff in the past and been happy with the products.
But, now as others have noted this site seems to be merely a route to take money without sending out the goods, emails and direct messages go unanswered, Facebook posts are deleted, and still no goods have arrived.
I would strongly suggest avoiding at all costs.

This lot are a scam who will take your money and not fulfill the order. Placed an order over two weeks ago. Absolutely no communication from the company whatsoever with regards to an order update despite emailing them and using their chat service. Their automated order update service just informs me that the order hasn't been fulfilled, as if I didn't know. Had to go through my bank to try and get my money back. Farcicle.

Absolutely shocking customer service, will not answer when messaged, received absolutely no update of any kind and am certainly never going to order from them again, and wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone else, think from now on will just stick to the local store even if it is slightly pricier, to the point I got a refund from PayPal, certainly not the way to run a business at all, definitely need to work on the customer service skills
