It needs serious restoration and regular funding to keep it clean more often, which can be a battle if it’s open to vandalism from the local misguided and godless youth. Maybe funding from money that doesn’t need spending somewhere else in the district, that isn’t essential. Also for a deterrent of some kind of it’s left unattended. Or even also adding a regularly paid toilet attendant to keep it vandal free?….
