Such an unorganized management. My son went there to attend their MUN and he was rewarded a certificate with wrong name. They said they’ll correct it and share it via email. This happened in March and till date no one returned a response. We’ve been constantly calling them and they are quite cold about it. This is ridiculous!

We joined last September 2021 and it is a great experience so far. The best thing about the school are the teachers, they really do care about the children and my daughter was super happy all year long, she made great friends and improved academically. She was also always recognized for some kind of achievement (art, drama and Handwriting). This year my 3 year old joined too and so far she’s super happy too, she is learning, singing new songs, and enjoys PE. I highly recommend the school. They are very organized and well staffed too.

It's a huge sand area where school staff park their cars and parents drop off and pick up their kids from.. not safe at all but its the only option parents have...
During winter it gets all muddy and parents try all kimd of different ideas to minimize the damage and mess ( wearing plastic bags over their shoes, wearing disposable slippers and throwing them...etc..)

Please be careful on the enrollment process with this school. Seems that they are not honest and try to have extra business on the grabbing of non-refundable fees!!!! Watch out!

The school adimission and reception told me that the registration fees are refundable, so I paid them 2 applications for my children. I even got a verbal confirmation from the admission and reception. Then after the payment I found a bad reviews on the secondary stage and wanted to refunn my money. They claimed that it is not refundable as long there are seats available, though they didn’t mention that and after sending me the refund form and after filling it in they told me the finance department refuse to issue the refund. What a shame from a well known school like GEMS they said something and act differently.

I was here my entire life fs1 was great but in fs2 I was not able to draw the Burj AL Arab properly so I spent my break doing the drawing over and over again and the learning asistant scolded me for not being able to draw. also this one time I was desperate for the bathroom but the teacher did not let me go so I passed my pants. The Arabic teachers are horrific they scream at you and if you don't know Arabic then they make a scene and makes people think that your a freak and till this day I don't know Arabic but the teacher keeps on pushing me.

teachers are mid, they can’t teach other kids manners. Racist as well. Education is ok, all this school has its pretty looks. Teaches no morals or manners to kids. If you hate your kid, send them here. Education and manners and etiquettes hold equal importance. There is ALOT of bullying.
