Great size park with Highland games on today. Lots of great foods at Davids Gifts including hand made scottish tablet, Mrs Bridges preserves, Brodies teas and whosky sauces.

Not the parks fault but a shady dude was watching me and my dogs closely. As I got up to leave he was walking along looking at me. Be careful!

A lovely big park with an enclosed swing park. My only criticisms are the lack of seating. There is one bench in the entire park (situated in the swing park), and other than the baby swings, the swing park is geared more for children maybe 3+. I have a toddler who loves the slide but can't manage the climbing frame or climbing wall to get up to it, meaning I have to try and lift him up onto it (being short makes this difficult!).

Really annoying as the park is well looked after just the user of it spoil it. So many times I've walked through here with the kids only to have someones out of control dog run around us in circles because people don't appear to know how to use a lead. The park is a well used walking area for communiting, getting back and forth from school and general errands to get around the area. Really needs to be something done about dogs being off the lead that aren't able to be controlled. Wouldn't suggest using the park area for kids either as again dog walkers rarely pick up after their dogs which makes it a rarity not to come home with dirty shoes.

Great open green space which links in to other paths and trails. Can walk a decent distance around Bathgate. Inter dispersed green spaces and also links to the path that runs along the railway line. Dogs loved it.
Meadowfield play park Has a small play park which is fenced in.
It is next door to boghead cemetery.

Brilliant wee park.
The play park was perfect for my 6 and 2 year old. Both really enjoyed it and spent a good hour here.
