I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. It's definitely a great value for money considering the amenities it offers, such as the convenience of having a pharmacy and a mini supermarket on-site. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was very welcoming. While the breakfast was average, it met my expectations considering the price. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient facilities, and excellent value for money.

Recently I had stay for about a week or so The property is huge and amazing.
Rooms are spacious and staff is pure friendly.
A few to be named , Alex doing great job and following up if everything is fine and Ravi for his simplicity.

I have been staying at this hotel for a few months now. The accommodations are excellent, and the service provided is exceptional. The location is ideal for me, as it is conveniently close to my office. Moreover, the hotel's central position allows for quick access to various parts of Dubai. However, if I were to mention a drawback, it would be that the quality of the wifi could be enhanced.

If you are on businesses trip this is the right hotel for you, the staff is so friendly and the check in/out procedure is very fast, the room satisfy their purposes along with their amenities.

Underground parking are available and free of charge for guests.

Highly recommended for businesses trips and if you have car available as the location give you high access straight to the main roads and specially if you have some workdays in Abu Dhabi.

Special thanks to the reception lady which I forget her name, she checked me in early and upgraded my room as well.

This is my third time using this hotel, their service are always constant and never fail to satisfy the guests.

I've been staying there for 10 days. Nice hotel, room was nice and clean. Swimingpool area is nice and tidy with very helpful personnel.

Great customer service. The rooms seem outdated. Too many items in the rooms need fixing. Carpets bit dirty. Bathrooms really need updating.
Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff excellent.
The location was good away not too busy.

MALE ATTENDANT ENTERING LADIES CHANGING ROOMS MANY TIMES FOR NO REASON!!!

Before writing this review I went up to the main desk and asked the guy on reception Kamil, if this was standard procedure and why this would happen, he had a complete disregard and was totally fine with what happened. So I will write a review on Google so people are aware of this blatant lack of concern and customer care.

My partner was using the Women's Spa area & changing rooms, and on 3 separate occasions the MALE lifeguard entered the facility with no warning. As this area is for changing, and spa facilities are used in swimsuit this is highly inappropriate.

The first instance was to show people around (although they is no reason for this to happen as it is a super small area) then after which he continued to enter many times for no reason in such a short amount of time making my partner feel super uncomfortable, in which we had to leave after this as she couldn't comfortably change in the area.

I feel this is highly inappropriate and would not recommend you to visit this hotel. The guy on reception said it was accepted there, however I think most people would agree it is NOT ACCEPTABLE for this to happen.

This is typical 2 star hotel.
Entering into the room and you have feelings of dusty and long time not treated carpet.
All lights fixtures old and about 50 watts each and do not give a really light.
Stained carpet.... No bathrobe, one old towel after 10 years of hard wiping work ????????????????
