First of they need hard copy , second of all we went there in the pick of traffic and then they said to my wife you can’t come in because your dress in short but it was on her knees and upper body was covered fully !!!! dubai Government should mention it on the paper if they have DRESS CODE so silly

FAST PROCESSING TIME FOR EMIRATES ID APPLICATION/BIOMETRICS BUT NEGATIVE PCR-TEST RESULT / GREEN AL HOSN APP NEEDED.

-As per federal decree, you need to have a recent negative PCR Result or a Green Al Hosn Status to enter any federal office including this one.
-They close at 5:00PM so if your appointment says 5:30pm or 5:40pm come before closing time.
-They open at 7:00 in the morning. Try to come this time since the place is not yet busy (finished within 5 minutes)
-Even you miss your appointment on a specific date, you can come the next day or so as per my experience .
-Negative PCR-Test/Al Hosn is being checked 3 times so make sure you have one.

Fast and quick service. be sure all your required documents are up to date and available when the officials asked to produce. Overall good experience.

I would give zero stars if possible. My appointment for biometrics was on Wednesday at 1:30 PM, they asked to stand in queue, doesn't matter if you have appointment, I waited for more than 4 hours then they just asked everyone to leave, next day the guard said you have to do PCR again and come tomorrow, next day I went at 6 AM, there were already around 100 people who has already crossed the appointment date and been coming here everyday, at 8 there was so much rush, they again started asking to leave. Then an officer started signing the appointment slips and asked to go to DIP center.
It's like at the other end of Dubai, worst service ever experienced in Dubai.

Today is my 3rd time that i went in this emirates ID center, the second time they told me to do PCR test SO I DID IT, so they can help me to cancel my pending EID application and let me go inside CUSTOMER SERVICE for my new company to apply for new one, there is this ARABIC GUY WHO ASSIST ME IN THE RECEPTION, FIRST HE DIDN’T ASK ME WHAT IS MY CONCERN HE DIRECTLY ASK FOR MY PASSPORT LIKE HE ALREADY KNOW WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, HE DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO TALK, AND HE TOLD ME TO GO MAIN BRANCH WHICH IS IN ALBAHARA WHEN I NOTICE THAT HIS IMPATIENCE IN HIS WORK I DECIDED TO EXPLAIN WHY IM THERE, AND OUT OF NOWHERE HE RAISE HIS VOICE TOWARDS ME LIKE HE CAN MISTREAT ANYONE HE WANTS EVEN IF YOUR A LADY HE REALLY GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME THERE AND TOLD ME (YOU WILL NOT TEACH ME MY JOB!) I WAS SHOCKED!????I WAS JUST EXPLAINING THE REASON WHY IM THERE HE DIDNT EVEN LISTEN AND CHECK MY PAPERS AND TOLD ME (GO OUT! GO OUT! FROM THE BUILDING)AND HIS SHOUTING AND EVERYONE WAS LOOKING AND I FEEL THAT WHAT HE DID IS OUT OF RESPECT AND NOT RIGHT AT ALL, I WENT OUTSIDE AND I SAW THE LADY WHO ASSIST ME IN THE FIRST TIME SHE SAW ME CRYING AND SHE TOLD ME THT SHE KNOWS MY ISSUE ALHAMDULILAH SHE HELP ME AND FINALLY SHE WENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY EID APPLICTION ,AND ITS DONE! ???? IF YOU ARE WORKING IN A GOVERMENT SECTOR YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO SERVE WITH RESPECT AND TREAT PEOPLE FAIRLY AND NOT GIVING THEM MORE HARD TIMES???? YOU SHOULD LISTEN, UNDERSTAND, BE POLITE AND GIVE US THE RIGHT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR ISSUE.

This is a nicely organized office. The mall is also new and less crowded. They wanted the hard copy of application of biometric and the RTPCR test report. There is a photoshop inside they can print it for 2AED/page.

I recently bought a used BMW from Peak Motors. The car was just as described and Harvey was really helpful when I went to view it. Absolutely no pressure, just help with any questions etc.
Minor niggle post purchase sorted easily and efficiently. Would I recommend Harvey and Peak Motors? Yes, definitely.

We have just bought a used Ford Fiesta from Peak Motors as a first car for our son. Harvey and Oliver were friendly and straightforward to deal with.
None of the pressure sales so many of us have experienced elsewhere. It made the long journey well worth while and put a big smile on my son’s face.

In a nutshell a pleasurable buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Peak Motors and Harvey will be the first on my list when I am looking for my next car.

Where do I start, from wonderful telephone manner too wonderful driving experience.

Harvey from Peak Motors has really set the bar in the car industry.

Harvey has offered me a fantastic price on my part exchange more so than any other retailer by far, he carried out a full service on the new car at No extra charge and was so honest with the car I purchased. He wasnt sure when the cambelt was done, so offered to do this at no added expense for peace of mind.

My grandaughter purchased a ford fiesta from Harvey at peak motors after a couple of months the clutch failed but there was no hesitation they contributed a substantial amount to the replacement of the clutch with no hesitation a wonderful company to deal with
