I'm a regular customer and when I visit, I buy a lot of items. The owner is nice however, staff are extremely lazy and do not help you most of the time.

Yesterday i was with my 5 year old son and he wanted to choose a toy gun. A member of staff came over accusing me of opening the boxes for the guns. He started saying that he's been watching me open the boxes and I explained to him the box was already open and that he can check the camera that is clearly facing down on us.

Completely rude and not family friendly at all. I've bought several toy guns from here in the past and spent hundreds on each cost. My son was even shocked at his behaviour.

I'd ask the management to check their behaviour, so many staff in the shop but not being value to the customers.

I didn't know the price of one item, it was higher than expected, as i was about to pay on the spot i changed my mind and said i dont want this as price is high, Cashier said sorry no refund and forcefully detucted the money from the big note that i handed to her, How is it a refund if i havent even left the store? She deducted the money forcefully from the total that i gave her. Worse service!!! Zero stars.

We just bought chairs from this store today at 11:00 PM and after we went to home and sat on this chair(Bcz chair is used for this purpose). Chair got damaged and we went to this shop to replace within 1 hours. They are like if we went out of this shop we don't get any warranty for the item. Please think before you buy any item from this shop. Don't buy any items as all low quality items are available.

As a reliable and a trustworthy store they should provide quality products. I bought a chair today with in minutes it broke into pieces, what if it was a old person who was sitting! They are risking people's life by selling low quality products. It was a worse experience I request the consent person to check the quality of the products before selling it to the public.

I purchased 3 chairs from this store. within a span of 1 hour two chairs was broken!!! With gods grace no one was injured. So I dumped the 3rd chair as the quality of product is very poor!!!! dissatisfied to core!!!

Not even required 1star to this supplier. Very worst experience from dubai. Not even ready to listen to customers as we bought chair from this shop and any warranty is not available. They should display it if no warranty is available. Not friendly to customers also. Dont buy any items if you have any value for your money.

Worst ever.... I bought a cloth stand for 50dhrms and kept my cloth on that it collapse as i put my cloth within 2 hrs and i brought back it,they told that no refund, waste customer service and they don't know how to fix that one.
