Waited for a number 67 last night 9.15 pm until 10 pm absolutely shocking service ended up phoning a taxi considering I had purchased a day saver will be requesting a refund incidentally this happened on Saturday when it was raining no bus from high st castle vale from 6.25pm until gone past 7 I was informed by a bus driver who was also waiting that the next two buses were not active so you are wasting your time waiting

This is where you meet proper customer service when you left your property in their buses, buses services 907,33,71,65,67,x3,x4,x5,x14,38,71,66,52, etc incase i have forgotten any route.high viibility jacket rule applies when entering garage.if possible wear it for your own safety,by the time i am writing this review tiday 19 aug2019 the road is closed for connstruction expected to las 4 weeks if you plan to drive pse park nearby street and walk there

Lost my house keys, thought I'd check their lost property room. Arrived at about 06:45am to be told it doesn't open till 9. This wouldn't have been a problem normally but obviously I couldn't get in my own house so I just had to hang around for 2 hours. When it finally hit 9, it still took 5 minutes to be seen to despite there being nobody else there and being in full sight of them, waiting for them to finish their conversation. And then the actual looking for my lost keys was them asking what I lost and on what bus, they checked in a red book from the other side of the counter, the whole process took about 40 seconds. Why did I have to wait over 2 hours for that 40 seconds? There's no reason they couldn't have just seen me as i arrived. It's not like there was a large queue of people waiting to be seen. Just me.
