I pre-order for valentines day a package 3 days in advance and I was promised it will be delivered on time which it did not. First of all no one answers the phone or it goes directly to busy which doesn't make any sense!! I went on to WhatsApp them and all I get it will be delivered it is with driver and after 5pm no one answers not only they flopped my valentines day with my wife but the customer service is horrible. Do not deal with those guys ever. If I have the chance to give zero strength I would have.

I am a customer ordering from Philippines for my precious friend. This is my first time ordering with Gifts Habibi and I am fortunate to find a vert great shop. The transaction was very smooth and customer service was excellent. They were very accommodating and understanding. My friend loved the gift and was beyond happy. Just recently ordered from this instagram store. Ordered over the weekend for a delivery on Monday. Here it is Wedneday and I stil have not received my baloon bouquet. Yes, I have communicated with them about he discrepency - thier solution - blame the delivery team. Immediately contacted Paypal today and got a refund.

No photo to add - as we did not receive anything.

Only use this service if you have eternity to wait for your delivery and don't have a special day or event because you will DEFINITELY not receive your items for any auspicious occassion!

Hi, have ordered maybe 4 times in last 8 months. All gifts vry nice, cake was also nice one. Just had some issue with the Teddy Bear 1st time purchased but after informed to store it was replaced with the new one. It happens some times. All Gifts are nice and it gave lot of happiness ????

Gifting is always a great thing and great service is always expected. i have a great gifting experience with gifts habibi, especially customer support very responsive. i would recommend use gift habibi for sending gifts to dubai.

I ordered Cake and flowers for my wife’s birthday and everyone loved it. It was moist and tasty. The coloured layers of the cake were also amazing. Thanks you Gift Habibi, you really made her birthday special.
