Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly. Great service for a small company like our own. InXpress recently helped us navigate and manage a large delivery to the USA from the UK. The expertise from InXpress was invaluable as we had not managed such a large and expensive delivery before. InXpress made this process very very easy for us and even organised all the insurance for us. A big thank you to Chloe for helping us newbies out. David, Stuart & Terrie at InXpress Cambridge have been instrumental in assisting us with deliveries in recent weeks.

David solved any issues before they could even arise. Terrie in customer service is on hand if we ever need support.

Overall, first class service that is 2nd to none. Can only recommend InXpress to anyone in the area needing logistical support.

Dave and the team at InXpress Cambridge were super quick with my quote and on the ball when arranging my collection. They were transparent with delivery times and exceeded my expectations. Communication was excellent and price was right. My parcel was very delicate ceramic plates which all arrived without a single break. I'll definitely trust them again with my parcels.

The customer service of InXpress is second to none, Chloe has always got back to us super quickly and resolved any issues straight away. The portal they have set us up with is quick and easy to use and, even as a small company with low order quantities, we still feel extremely valued as a customer.

Fantastic service. I'd had a lot of trouble sending a parcel to Ireland using a different courier and David got it all sorted so quickly and efficiently. Will be using again & would definitely recommend!

Brilliant service from InXpress Cambridge from start to finish. David handled my query well from start to finish and even helped to track down the DHL driver to make sure my parcel was picked up at short notice after a little confusion with the pickup date. Would highly recommend InXpress, will definitely be using them again in the future!
