Had got protein treatment done during the blowdry the heat was way too hot and burning my scalp i told the lady doing my hair that its really hot but i think she did not bother much as well i have done protein treatment with your salon many times but never had this experience. I thought it would be fine but after coming home but noticed this and hence sent you a picture with proof which again was ignored by you. It clearly shows burns which i have never experienced with any treatment till now. It has given high level of dandruff and scalp irritation.Contacted them but there is no reply from them. This salon is not at all recommended.

I just did my protein couple of days ago and as you can see although my hair is smooth I do it only to reduce volume so it made it worse they didn’t even bother to answer my msg on ig please girls don’t waist your money there also not much of options nail polish hygiene is pretty bad

I have never had such a terrible experience at any salon in Dubai. This is hands-down the worst salon in Dubai, the staff is extremely rude, they are so unorganized, be ready to wait for hours before the staff attends to you, the salon is untidy, and doesn't care about customer feedback at all. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, I went there to get hair highlights done and got back with no a color hair look. On top of that, the staff didn't pay heed to the follow-up calls or messages made with the hope to get my hair fixed. While at the salon, they don't care to even listen to a customer wanting to avail a service. I wish I could rate it a 0 on 5 if there was any such rating.

They miscommit appointment times and make u wait for 3 hours and then refuse service. They use the same brush and keratin mixture on 5 people, dropping gross stuff here and there; very unhygienic. Staff mocks c and jokes about body shaming in Arabic thinking no one gets it. They misquote prices on their ads. Please don't go to this salon it's horrible!

I thought I was going to a beautiful salon which is situated in high quality area city walk! But unfortunately it wasn’t. Staff were not bad…the service was though! I had the keratin treatment that I saw on the instagram saying it’s for damaged blonde hair. It ended up actually damaging my fragile hair. This must have been the worst place and experience I’ve had in Dubai. My hair is burnt! They never asked me any questions about my hair which I thought was not very professional. I don’t recommend this doing keratin there, just a waste of money!

Very dirty, they use a brush with others customers' hairs in. Unprofessional staff, Smell of sewage from a hole in the floor under the hair-washing chair. The keratin didn't last for one week.
Only that stuff was friendly but I won't go back.

My gel nail paints fell off in 1 week. And the condition of the saloon was very bad. The staff was okay but they made me wait 45 mins after taking an appointment. I will never visit again ????????

Worst salon I walked into. Saw an advertisement on their instagram page mentioning “Eid offer on hair treatments for 199 AED”. The place is too shady in a place like city walk. I was waiting for 20-30 mins to get my treatment and I couldn’t help but notice the unhygienic practices. The staff would literally use the same comb after they use it on their customers. There were hairs all over the place and it stank!! Thank God for the waiting period, it saved my hair as I ran for life ????u200d♀️

OK, it's a pay and display car park and in that respect, it's not exactly exciting. But, this on is good for the leisure centre, the Riverside and Windsor town centre. I went during peak times and there was plenty of space. When I came back after a couple of hours, there was still plenty of space.
There was a car there with a penalty notice, so the cars are checked for their tickets.

Good location to get into town and usually has spaces, but expensive if you're staying more than 3hrs
