I have had an excellent experience purchasing a new car from Sales Exec Julie. Everyone I came in contact with was lovely especially to my dog who added to his fanbase.
It seems that nothing is too much hassle. Had a really good test drive to get a feel for the car.
I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership.

Alan Mcateer in the service dept was absoluetly fantastic!.

I had recently purchased a car from an alternate dealership and needed help locating some service history with very little info.

Spoke to Alan and he managed to find out everything I needed and was beyond helpful in doing so, going the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care off.

Not all heroes wear capes, but Alan certainly does!

Went in to Dunfermline to enquire about a car and James dealt with me throughout . Kids were given hot chocolates and activity packs while we went through the buying process. We were very pleased with the service from start to finish and James made the buying process very pleasant , and made sure the car was immaculate and very well presented before we picked it up.
Would definitely recommend a visit to this branch if your considering buying a car.

A new car purchase that goes above and beyond expectations! Both Darren and Scott went out of their way to ensure that my transaction went through without a hitch. When it came to service and clarity of communication, they blew me away. What an awesome group of people and what an outstanding business!

I have recently passed my driving test and I was looking to purchase my first car. I was greeted by Tamara who was extremely pleasant, professional and well mannered. Tamara was patient and talked me through a variety of options. Excellent customer service!

Still waiting on receipt 3 weeks after service. Was not washed as was told was part of service. Could not fix issue it was in for. Not had any communication on next stage, good part is they have contacted me asking if I want to buy a service package. Priorities all about getting your cash. Sad. Review posted February, now April, still waiting on someone sorting my car, Has Covid really destroyed the art of effective communication?

Got my new car from the vauxhall section this week, very long delay due to supply shortages but not really the garages fault. It went smoothly and efficiently, good experience

I can’t praise the professionalism of the staff here enough. I went to look at a car I had seen online, after a test drive and decided I wanted to purchase the car, everything was taken care of and it was a very good experience. The young lady we dealt with, Lusia Kierczak, was exceptional. I can highly recommend purchasing a car from this garage.
