This company will take ZERO responsibility for providing incorrect information. Caused me a 8 hour delay in Dubai based on their inaccurate information. A new visa application that I paid them for and still don’t have the visa. A different company sorted it out in 20 min. Stil not even an apology. If there was a negative score I would give it!

We applied for a visa and they also provided us with a fake document. We had to pay fines because the visa was a FAKE !!!!This agency is a SCAM...Beware of the positive reviews that are left by their employees. I confirm what the reviews here say. They are not serious about their work.

this is the worst experience in a post office I have ever had and I believe this can be the worst for anyone can experience in a post office. I was sending some recorded posts while my children were looking around in the sweet section waiting for me. I was told off because my children decided not to buy packs of sweets because they decided to buy the strawberry pencils which they donot sell in their shop. I said I was happy to pay if any damage was made and the owner decided not serve me. She then demanded me to pay for a kid who was looking around in the shop as well. After she found out that the girl was child of another customer, she apologised to that customer not to me. I have a good reason to think that she is a racist. I cannot believe nowadays we still have such kind of person. shame that they run the post office in our community.

For some reason the staff here are consistently unhelpful and unfriendly. Everything is too much trouble. For example, selling stamps individually is just not their policy. They will only sell them in books. I detest this post office and avoid it if I can.
If they don’t like providing the service they should consider doing a different business.

I would never set foot in this Post Office again after unbelievable abusive behaviour from the female counter assistant. I have complained to the Post Office and am awaiting a satisfactory reply. Rude, abusive and tried to withold my parcel from Amazon as I said I would be complaining. I am astounded that the Post Office allow these people to represent them.

I am giving one star because there is nothing lower than that unfortunately. The newsagent who is also supposed to provide post office services is the rudest person I have ever seen. I am not getting any service because he is not happy that I have prepaid stamps and I put them on my posts in advance. I am actually buying the stamps in advance so I spent less time due to Covid and also be efficient and make the service faster. Even if I am the only one he takes so much time, he makes really mean comments and he is very rude to me because I am a woman. I say this because whenever my husband goes to post something he cannot show the same behaviour to him. I usually support local shops but because of his attitude I don’t buy anything from him. I hope the post office will take this service from him as he has to serve everyone without discriminating if he has taken the responsibility.

my daughter loves the sweets they sell. Nice and polite staff, especially the old man with white hair. Definitely recommend their variety of balloons they have.

Turned up to post my item at 1pm to find the Post Office shut. Apparently they take their lunch from 1 - 2pm and therefore shut the Post Office! Terrible service and not open the full stated opening hours. Just rubbish that people take time out of their lunch to post something and they can't get their staffing levels right to stay open for full day. Get in the 21st Century!!
