Generally not a fan of sharing negative reviews. But had to share my experience so people who watch tiktok and approach them know what they would get. I took my BMW X5 for few mechanical issues and electrical issues. They were unable to diagnose the actual cause instead did unnecessary work of removing my Break pads so they can showcase on tiktok that they have offer on replacing breakpads. I asked them to put back the breakpads as the price they quote for parts is twice the market price. But to my surprise they didn't fix back the break caliper screws because of which I escaped a serious accident. My break caliper jammed causing caliper to break and car stopped in middle of the road. When I took to a mechanic they checked and first thing they asked was who had previously opened your breaks missed to add back the screw. This is negligence even after charging 2-3 times more on parts and labour costs. They may be good with denting painting job and better they stick to that. For mechanical and electrical issues my sincere advice is to stay away

Amazing garage.. the staff knows what they are doing and are highly skilled and professionals.. the prices are the best. And the owners are polite and help you out with any issues personally.. everything can be fixed all cars under a pocket friendly budget.

This place is a perfect example of FALSE advertisement.

The battery in my car was dead. They lied saying it is a wiring issue and charged me 500 dhs.

After which I still had the issue and went to another garage, all they had to do was replace the battery.

SHAME ON YOU!

Usually I don't like to share negative reviews, but I needed to do this so others can learn.
I saw this garage on Tiktok and decided to give it a try. the first experience was good because it was a simple job. However, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th were extremely bad and disappointed.
The 2nd time they charged me for changing the AC filter but they forgot to do it, so I had to watch some Youtube videos and do it myself.
The 3rd time, they said that they have changed the seal, fixed the break and did wheel alignment but when I got home, it was still leaking oil and the car was still swerving to the right direction, and the breaks are making very load noise.
4th time, they were suppose to fix and service the AC system, they stopped the gas leak but they damaged the AC fan and now it is running non-stop and they are unable to fix it the way how it is suppose to work.
5th time which was yesterday, I told them to fix the suspensions, fix the AC fan, and do wheel alignment, they called me after one day that the car is ready and I can go and collect it. went there, drove the car, and found out the AC fan is still not fixed and the wheel alignment is not done - the car is still swerving to the right side, called them for a refund and they refused, so now I had to log a complaint with the consumer protection.
They have no idea what they are doing, no communication, no quality control check and to add to that, every time I leave the car there, I get back totally dirty and filthy, so I have to spend another 100 AED to clean it.

I did repaired my audi few times from them, my car ac repaired and major service done by them, they are professional and have knowledge to work, thanx to gold flex auto care

I bring my dodge charger 2016 here as there is some noice coming from back suspension side while turning they said you need to change your handbrake pads and the noice will be fixed i said ok change it they take 8 hours to change only brake pads from back side as they don’t have anything here they just waste your time and once they fix it the noice is still there and they just close there workshop as its 9pm closing time so they said come tomorrow. i just wasted my 600/- aed for nothing as old brake pads was also fine but i said its ok and again when i came back the other day they said you also need to change your wheel bearings i said its not the sound of wheel bearing i wasted my 600/- before its a sound of some bushes which is broken check properly then they find yes 2 bushes are broken which need to be change and again i said ok change it they open all and wasted my 3 hours again as they unable to change the bushes and fix it back as it is. I will never suggest this workshop as they are so unprofessional they just tell you we charge so less as compair to others because they don’t know the work and waste your time and money as well.
