The battery in my car was dead. They lied saying it is a wiring issue and charged me 500 dhs.
After which I still had the issue and went to another garage, all they had to do was replace the battery.
SHAME ON YOU!

I saw this garage on Tiktok and decided to give it a try. the first experience was good because it was a simple job. However, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th were extremely bad and disappointed.
The 2nd time they charged me for changing the AC filter but they forgot to do it, so I had to watch some Youtube videos and do it myself.
The 3rd time, they said that they have changed the seal, fixed the break and did wheel alignment but when I got home, it was still leaking oil and the car was still swerving to the right direction, and the breaks are making very load noise.
4th time, they were suppose to fix and service the AC system, they stopped the gas leak but they damaged the AC fan and now it is running non-stop and they are unable to fix it the way how it is suppose to work.
5th time which was yesterday, I told them to fix the suspensions, fix the AC fan, and do wheel alignment, they called me after one day that the car is ready and I can go and collect it. went there, drove the car, and found out the AC fan is still not fixed and the wheel alignment is not done - the car is still swerving to the right side, called them for a refund and they refused, so now I had to log a complaint with the consumer protection.
They have no idea what they are doing, no communication, no quality control check and to add to that, every time I leave the car there, I get back totally dirty and filthy, so I have to spend another 100 AED to clean it.
