Hello good morning !
! Living in BNH buikding tower 1 ! The night security guy on receiption name Anthony ! He is the most misbehaved guy i ever meet tonight ! I saw him 1st tonight while i was parking in front of building and he stops me stands behind my car ! I told him am.living here ! He said its not allow ! And now after 1 hour i been outside the building he allow a van of labour supply to park there which i always saw there to be parked ! So why he stops me and allow him? Dose its not allow for every one and valid for every one who lives here ! He talked with me with very bad and angry way which i dnt like ! Kindly ask him about this matter ! I dnt want him to talk with anyone who is with his family and he is shouting at them ! These are the manners with us ?? Those who are paying 26000 every year for this behave??? Kindly take action and send me feed back please!

Just had my son pay £20 of our paper bill , the manager swore at him because the bill was £30 +
He offered to pay the outstanding difference, he made some comment but my son would not tell me .
This is not the first time this Manager Has been Bad mannered .
This Manger just does not know how to speak to customers , his attitude is not good for some one

Terrible customer service from the post office. Almost lecturing and left feeling embarrassed in front of other customers. I was only trying to understand how the Vinted/Royal Mail sending service worked.
Really rude!!
