awful awful experience. I called to book a massage for a couple, the receptionist answered me, come directly Madam we have space, we came, 1st thing: sorry Madam we do not have a space for a couple together you must be in two rooms different, we said ok, then you have to pay now before the massage, already who pays before the service apart from an online purchase, we paid for 90 minutes but in the end we were massaged only for 60 minutes because they had a problem of communication between her, and then it was a disaster, we asked for a refund of 30 minutes which were not given, no we can't refund you because you paid by card, we can give you a foot massage, but we don't want a foot massage because it was already free and included and then we ask for a voucher for next time, they said NO as well, in short we had a bad time and more stress than relaxation, and frankly the massage was more than bad. Don’t lose your time and money there. After 1h of dispute and screaming they finally accept to refund the missing time.

The place clean and quiet
The therapists are professional
And receptionist girl so nice talking and helpful
Thanks for this service for sure it will be my every time place to relax ☺️

Al Taj Al Malaki Therapeutic Massage Center is a wonderful and pleasant place, Where the staff is very professional and friendly, The masseuse are expert with there hands, Its good place for Cupping Massage and Relax.
