Terrible experience with the unskillful nurse. She treats human body as a piece of wood. She never follows correct techniques or infection control practices while doing procedures. She is a threat to the patients and her credentials has to be verified.very very very bad not good not listening

They have great service here. The ladies who help you here are absolute angels. Whether it's through the phone or in person, the service is excellent. This is the GP of choice.

just the worst. if youre thinking to register here, dont.

Never answer the phone, wont bother helpin even if you've struggled with something for several years, and just outright abhorrent.

My surgery off nearly 10 years now, have always had an excellent service from this practice. Any time I ring the staff are very helpful, and have accommodated any urgent issues or requests. I would highly recommend this practice. I have experienced great service from Shaida in the past where she helped with a problem. I could have easily been forgotten about but she made sure to follow up. Which was really helpful.

The most awful GP surgery I’ve ever been to in my life. Disgrace. Staff are awful and unhelpful. Their phone lines don’t work. They hang up on you and don’t call back. Ward you off to online services that are awful. Don’t go here ever. You’re better off with a 5 year old treating you.

I had an unhelpful phone call with the receptionist yesterday (when I eventually got through after trying 4 times early afternoon with no answer). I rang to ask if my repeat prescription request had been processed as I needed it urgently, "*Laughter* It takes 48 hours ... If you needed it before you should have requested it before" (WOW I hadn't thought of that - thank you for offering a solution.....) And if they could change my nominated pharmacy as I've recently moved. Someone had written my address down wrong, so I was asked 2 or 3 times if I was SURE my address was correct... severe lack of care and empathy, it was patronising, rude, and ultimately unhelpful.

What’s an excellent receptionist, (Anu & Naz) I have had nothing but bad experiences with the NHS GP services, my last Gp took 6 months to offer me a new patient appointment!! Omg ????!
Ever since registration at this high quality & bespoke practice and services that have been given by wilslow road medical surgery, I’ve received nothing but an exceptional high standards of medical attention &care!
I’d like to thank ALL THE LOVELY RECEPTIONISTS, especially the lovely Naz & Anu, THEN SHAIDAH the number 1 ????u200d⚕️! Then the lovely lady doctor, Dr Choudry can’t fault it! You guys are an example to the GP practices in and around the country.
Lastly I’d like to thank the Number 1 Manager Ruby,
Thank you guys for putting my faith and trust back in the NHS medical system as my previous experiences with NHS 10 years ago I lost my late wife to medical negligence that was a treatment process to prolong life but instead she was pushed to her last breaths and return to our Lord our creator!
