Hyder is very honest guy! Helps me a lot with my Lexus IS250. I tried a lot of services before but here guys is taking care about cars like it’s they’re own cars plus prices are really good.

Since 2016 I have started visiting there - haider is very gentle & humble person
Entire team is genuine. They don’t charge extra neither upsell. They do what’s necessary and make their customer base strong

Worse management!!!!

I have visited the garage once, for my car inspection and other works with engine, the labor staff working perfect however after the inspection is done, they detect the issues, they will direct you to their supervisor for quotation or further advises, now there is this guy whose screenshot you can see, I tried so many phone calls he doesn't answer the call, I message him on Whatsapp , he leaves me on read zone, but no response. I think it will be right now to address this COMPLAINT message to the Golden TREE AUTO REPAIRING Workshop Higher MANAGEMENT to find a solution and treat their customers in a better way.

I wanted to continue visiting this garage as I liked the work of their labor, However after their ignorant supervisor, I had changed my mind and will never ever think of this place.

Worst ever service by personal at this garage.
They returned my car unrepaired and when I checked with the mechanics they say as the car is old(2015 malibu) its condition gets worse. Mr. Haider says "as ur car is old there is good chance the condition after the repairs get worse."
Advise to not give ur car at this garage.
They are sure to damage it further.
They come up with one or the other reason after another to extend their bills.
Worst ever garage in UAE.

Great service. My ford was serviced for 10K kms in just under an hour as promised. The staff was courteous and efficient. When there, ask for Haider, the owner of the centre. He will guide you through.

Price is as good as it gets, got my minor servicing done for 280 AED while as the same session used to cost me more than 1000 AED at the Al Tayer Ford service centre, SZR.

Highly recommended.
