Very good hotel. 2 min to metro station, close to MOE. I have been living for half a year, the rooms are clean, daily cleaning, a nice and clean pool.
Great service.

This is a really well serviced hotel. Granted, it's a bit old, but you can see the management taking interest in upgrading facilities.

Service was absolutely top-notch. Rooms were clean and upkept daily. All linens (bedsheets, a well as towels) were updated daily as well. It has some good dining options as well, like Wawa (Japanese cuisine), etc. Breakfast was pretty good for the price. Lots of options. Room service was very much on time.

Location is just brilliant. A 1 to 2 minute walk to Mashreq Metro station. A 3 to 4 minute drive from MOE, with taxis available right at the hotel's door. A 24hr supermarket right behind - maybe a 30sec walk.

Management is really working on upgrades - the swimming pool has been renovated. The gym was basic, but fully equipped with gree weights, cable machine, Smith machine, leg press, treadmill and a bike among other things.

Had a great time, will definitely be back!

Everything is ok for me but just only one thing, one of the security guy’s attitude is not good. He has very bad attitude. His face is acting like he is a hotel owner. I asked one of the staffs of this hotel, staff told me he is security manager. He needs to change his attitude if he work at a hotel.

The hotel comes highly recommended due to its exceptional customer service, with a special mention to Mr. Promand, the supervisor who went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. We would also like to extend our gratitude to the entire staff for their excellent service.

The hotel's location is highly advantageous, and the rooms are pleasant, although they would benefit from additional maintenance. The service provided is excellent, with hardworking staff members, particularly Jamal.

I came to the hotel to live here for a month while I'm on a business trip. The first room was damp from the air conditioner. The smell was terrible. Moved quickly, but there was no apology. I was given flowers by a colleague, I thought that they would be delivered to the room. I expected a lot. When I asked about them myself, I saw them without a vase. Took them asked to bring a vase to the room. The time was waiting for her. When I called the reception for the third time, the staff laughed and hung up. He asked for a package to hand over things to the laundress. Offer to bring it in 1.5 hours. Buffet only for breakfast, for dinner you will eat all the same three-course menu. All in all, this was my worst experience ever.

I was overjoyed at the kind reception and warm hospitality from the team of Pramud, Jamsadul,, Sunjay, Suhanna, Musffin, Stanley, Mohammed and Jayrel. Sunjay will always make me come back to the hotel because of his warmheartedness in dealing with the least of things. And the restaurant staff with particular regard to Sharon. The two weeks were made to feel like I was at home. Bravo

I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are ok, with some wear and tear. For ex: the bed side cover was torn, bathroom hand shower was not fully working, and there was no daily vaccum cleaning. As I could see the crums from the day before still lying on the floor. I highlighted this at the reception too. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, the servers were polite and one of the staff -Stanley, was extremely polite and kind. I wish all the staff were that polite. The other good part was its proximity to the metro, and mall of emirates. Breakfast and Location therefore gets a 5. Barring the few things mentioned, overall I had a convenient and quiet stay.
