We made an order with specific measurements at their store in Dragon Mart. Prior to them starting works I changed the length by 10cm and they made me pay extra even through it hadn’t started works. When it arrived it was neither the first or 2nd measurement and stuck out by 7cm and didn’t fit. I told them that the size was wrong it needed to be exact. Sameer then stopped replying to me, saying to talk to his boss Shouaib Bukhara. I asked for the manager, he was sporadic with replies too, travelling then busy then nothing. No one has taken this seriously, no one has tried to resolve, no one was interested in after sales customer care. I will never use this company again or recommend.

JA11 and he seller Imran is the worst person you can deal with! They are good until you pay! Once you paid good luck with the rest.
Never fulfill their promises, the bed which was supposed to come on Thursday, came on Sunday night! Moreover, it was installed completely incorrect. But when you try to complaint or ask them to fix their problem they simple say it's not their problem and they don't care how it has been installed. Bravo on that! Wish you all the best dear Imran! Hopefully when you a become a customer, not a seller you will see a better approach!

JA 09 horrible. Worst experience. Gave a faulty mattress and now are claiming that it is not their fault or our issue is not a BIG PROBLEM and that we are supposed to deal with their fault. Got the most expensive mattress of my life and it didn't even stay for 2 months. Disappointed with Imran and Praveen +971 52 990 1948

Horrible customer service
Shop JB08. First the person outside calls to come and see and then we went and were
Checking beds. While doing thinner noticed a nice mirror frame. Asked price and the salesman first buy this then i will tell that price. Was rude and was on phone as if he is not interested. In dragon mary shop JP08 furniture market. Please guys boycott this shop and teach them how to talk to customers

HORRIBLE customer service ever! Very nice to you while selling their products, once purchased, good luck in getting in touch with them. They don't deliver according to agreed time. Products are not long lasting. Cheap is indeed expensive indeed. Don't be like me; read the reviews before you even set foot in this store!!!

The customer service here is not good at all. They state they will fix something as its under warranty however they never reply and only communicate with you only when you repeatedly message them.The quality of work is not so good either, its made fast and it is uneven along with not being designed correctly. Pay extra and get it professionally done at a retail outlet, don't waste your time and efforts.

Worst service . Me given sofa order in that they mentioned color code and catlog. But they made different color sofa without my consent . And they are saying because of non availability of fabric we made similar color sofa instead of actually order . Don't believe this guys

Horrible shop with absolutely no customer service. I wanted to return a gaming chair I purchased the day before because it was very bad quality! The manager wouldn’t accept and after abit of back and forth she agreed but I would have to pay for her logistics cost of getting the chair from their warehouse which was dhs80!!! Which was a complete lie. Just a few months ago we furnished a whole office space with them costing around dhs8000 but they had to embarrass me and bring the chair all the way back to them and still didn’t give me my full refund. Please stay away from this shop they have no customer service all she was talking about was cash cash cash like a village fish market.
