Jason and Becky in particular were brilliant in helping us purchase a flat. The solicitors on both sides, and t
he managing agents of the property were rather slow, but Jason was very diligent in getting them moving. They were what made things happen. The welcome gift box was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Jason & Becky were fantastic and extremely helpful. We dealt mostly with Becky and she was so accommodating, coming to the house with us multiple times so we could measure up and plan things out once all agreed. She also kept fluid contact with us too which meant we were always up to date and we knew what was going on. Great service and always on hand to answer any questions if we needed! Definitely recommend!

My partner and myself have recently bought our first home together with Fulfords Estate Agents. Leah and Becky where our agents, they have been the most helpful and understanding people throughout the whole process. Great communication and passing information to us and everyone involved, really went above and beyond. Nothing is ever any trouble and always happy to answer any questions and quick with responses to emails and calls. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell there home, would use there services again in the future.

I sold my property with Jason and the team at St Budeaux Branch. From the minute i put it on the market Jason was responsive, professional and always striving to keep me updated on progress. It was Jason who kindly got us the contact details when we hit a pause on the sale and my solicitors had not been able to contact the company to move the sale forward. Jason was on the phone, number and email for said contact the same day and the sale was able to progress. Really have valued their support and help through the process and been so grateful to them all. First class team, would definitely recommend

Extremely helpful and attentive! We had issues with our solicitors, Jason, Becky & Sam were so helpful! I would say without them our purchase would have fallen through!! I must have been on the phone to one of them at least once possibly twice a day for several weeks. They were extremely courteous and patient as I know it must have been frustrating for them to have me on the phone daily! Couldn’t rate the team highly enough they are awesome!

I would NOT recommend. I can't actually say if they are all bad or just Jason, but as he is the branch manager he ruins any deal really. We are from out of town relocating to Plymouth so viewings are difficult. Becky did a lovely video of the property and we felt it was the right one for us after having done extensive research online. We offered under the asking price after checking the property valuation online (215 for a 250 asking price). Almost a week later we heard back saying it wasn't accepted but that the seller wanted to negotiate. They wouldn't say a number, just asking us for our best number. We upped the offer to 225k. This is when Jason got involved (until here we were speaking to Becky and Sam). We were told the magic number was 230k. We were actually willing to pay 230k but we didn't like this back and forth and lack of honesty, as we had initially asked for their magic number. Also, the property had just been sold as part of a trade off for around 200k so this was pure profit to this property developer who was selling. Anyhow, because of these factors we counter offered 227.5k. A day or 2 later we got a call saying the client was looking to accept so we drove 300 miles to see the property (just to ensure it all matched video, etc). Sam showed us the property and we asked about next steps. Sam confirmed she would start the paperwork on Monday (we were on a Friday here). From our side on Monday we sent all the relevant paperwork to Fulfords (but heard nothing) and to our solicitor and mortgage advisor, paying their initial fees. This is when we started being ghosted. We called, emailed and left messages and we just couldn't get through. A couple days later jason called saying the seller was considering another offer. More calls, emails and voicemails unanswered for days. At this point we weren't prepared to buy the house anymore exclusively because of Jason. So I started making emails and leaving voicemails complaining of their behaviour. Jason never even had the decency to call and explain what happened. Never gave us the chance to match the offer either despite having previously confirmed the client had accepted our offer. A few days he just replied that the seller had accepted another offer and moved on. I am quite curious to see what the house sold for because I doubt very much it would have been over the asking price. I guess I will find out once it goes on the land register. So, what happened here? Did Jason get a bribe to accept this other offer? Well, at least lack of morals and decency we know he has.

My wife and I have recently purchased a property through Fulfords St.Budeaux and we were very happy with the service we received from start to finish. From the initial house viewing, to the negotiations and the final key collection, every step was easy, straight forward and completed by a professional agent with a smile. We spoke mostly with Sam and Jason who were both really knowledgeable of the property and really happy to help with all the many extra questions we had! Would highly recommend buying and selling with this team.
