if you're sick ,you have to drag yourself out of bed at 8am, to call on redial for over 50 mins to even get through,
This mornings attempt, for 3 members of the family to get an appt, ended with a booked appt in march for me, so over 3 weeks AFTER I need to actually see them, and for the children, one with painful swollen fingers, no one is going to see him- i have to send some pics through for them to peruse and then reply with the standard "We're not sure what's causing that, but keep an eye on it and let us know if its still there in x amount of time!"
Absolute SHOCKING SERVICE and a disgrace to the NHS.
Over the last two years, the only time I have received any help from a doctor, was when i gave up and paid privately to see someone outside of the NHS.
I have spent over £1000 on appts and medication over the last two years, because this clinic is beyond functional!
I'm so sick of it!
