Great place to stay! Good food and great service! All the people working here are really nice and very responsive. Even they provided an additional bottle of water which was not charged for, on my request. The location is good, well connected via road and metro. But, the nearest metro is a little far from the location. We have supermarkets open for 24 hours and you can get food just within walking distance. Airport is also not too far.
Highly recommended place if going with friends and family.

I recently stayed at Grand Excelsior Deira, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered during my stay were disappointing and left a negative impression.

Firstly, the customer service provided by the receptionist, Kushal, was subpar. His behavior was unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. I expected a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but his attitude made me feel unwelcome.

Moreover, the loud noise from the night club disturbed my night's sleep and made it impossible to relax after a tiring day. A peaceful and restful stay is crucial for any hotel, but this aspect was sorely lacking.

I believe that a hotel's success is built on customer satisfaction and comfort, and I regret to say that Grand Excelsior Deira fell short in these aspects during my visit.

While I understand that no place is perfect, I hope that management takes my feedback constructively and works towards improving their services. As a guest, I expected better, and I hope future visitors have a more pleasant experience.

Everything is perfect, the staff the room and the place where the hotel is located.
But the only problem is the delay in service.
The ambience is great here.
The staff is very loyal , and the manager mr arun is very close to each and everycustomer coming there and treat in a very good manner and solver the issues.

Location is good and convenient. Many Indian restaurants are located nearby. Friendly staff and good service especially Mushtaq from front desk is helpful. Rooms (including bathrooms) are bit congested and not so great and can be improved. Otherwise its worth to stay in this hotel.

Very Bad experience, very bad hotel, worst staff that I have ever experienced zero communication skills they don't how to talk to the guest, and very rude, they didn't even know what is the hospitality is, the room are full of cockerages and insects, and not clean at all with bad smell, even I request to clean the room and no one respond, very annoying u can't sleep at night because of the loud voice of the music all night. I don't recommend this hotel at all, lost of money. Even I don't recommend for families because of the bad people will meet inside the hotel.

Hey there! I wanted to share my recent experience at a hotel I booked. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great one. I arrived at the hotel at around 2 o'clock and asked the reception staff if I could check-in. However, they were really rude and unhelpful, telling me that I couldn't check-in until after 3 pm and not giving me a specific time for when my room would be available.

I was really disappointed by the staff's behavior. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to make guests feel welcome and valued. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. While the location and amenities may be good, customer service is just as important when it comes to choosing a hotel. I hope that the hotel takes feedback like mine into account and works to improve their customer service for future guests.

We have never been more disappointed with a stay. My wife and I booked this hotel on agoda for 8 nights, the entire duration of our Dubai vacation.

First of all, when we booked the room the amenities showed the hotel has a pool. We paid the price assuming we will be able to access the pool everyday in the summer before the heat hits at 10 am. Once here, we were told that the pool in this hotel is not functional and that they can arrange transportation to one of their other hotels. We agreed to it reluctantly given we had already paid for the hotel in full. The night duty staff told us to contact the morning manager to access the pool in the other location, the morning manager tells me the next day that we need to inform one day in advance if we want to access the pool at 9 am, otherwise transportation is available after 10 am. Please remember that we are visiting Dubai in the peak of summer at 102 degrees and the heat hits as early as 8 am here. The pool is expected to be heated up by 10 am and it is not a covered pool.

After a lot of arguments and transfers, we finally give up and decide to call in the evening to make a transfer request for the next morning at 9 am. Again, we are told to call in the morning. When we press and explain the situation to them, they tell us that even though the pool opens at 9 am, they cannot get us to the pool at 9 am and that we can reach earliest at 10. The cal lasted 17 mins and we had to talk to multiple people to get to the same conclusion.

The fact that they did not disclose that the pool is not functional while we were making the booking has been completely overlooked by the staff and this has become a ridiculous situation of begging to be able to access a pool that we have already paid for as a part of our fees. Not to mention that the reception staff is absolutely not guest friendly when it comes to situations like this so please bear in mind all these facts as you consider booking this hotel for your vacation
