One of the good place for daily grocery needs , competitive prices with good quality products. Fresh food, cooked food, live cooking items, butchery’s items, fresh fish products are available at average prices. Helpful staff and very polite staff at fish section. Free parking available for 2 hours and car wash facilities at basement.

Sometime false offer given, this week given olive oil offer on bookleft,but when i visit the shop this one not have. Last time also same given like this fair and lovely offer.

Bad experience for delivery..
Pathetic..
No one ready to take responsibility..

- went to 1 counter, they advised to go for another..
- bill amount 80 or something, they can't deliver home..
- minimum bill amount 100, okay, we did
- after bill payment no one advise where yo go, after repeated questions, they told us to go customer service
- customer service told to go security gate
- security gate told not this, go to another
- once went to him, without seeing us, without seeing bill, without checking anything he simply replied no one available..

Then why the hell people advertising home delivery available, no conditions they will disclose if in these case we can order online better they will take charge but they precision about delivery, timings and reachable..

This shopping mall all items prices are very high Compare to others market. Some times offer also given that is also miracle. 2/3 items kept on the self but all empty before announced time.

I had a bad experience in the grand supermarket 2 times already with the same cashier ( indian lady with hijab) last time she was smirking and mocking me because my card was declined.
When you pay by a card that’s international and the card machines says to handover to card holder to choose currency. In all other shops and malls they ask either dollars or aed. So i touched the usd one and she immediately started saying in a rude way this is uae you are in uae you are not supposed to touch this with a very rude tone. I apologized but she made a scene. And my card was limit up for today and it was declined. She made me feel so humiliated. Im never shopping here
For daily needs it’s convenient to shop here but the customer service is zero.

Fales advertisment, the products are copy not original. some contents are taken out. Bought JBLLive PRO but extra ear plugs are missing when I asked customer service he said its not included any more. When I asked why its mentioned on pacaking then he said its not original its COPY only. If its copy then why not mentined in their advertisments.
