Called in for a bite to eat whilst waiting for the shuttle.
Nice choice of tasty meals.
Good cup of tea made with fresh milk.
Staff very friendly and nice.

Staff taking orders but constantly serving food orders wrong to customers... and this was for breakfast muffins at breakfast time, how hard can it be? Ended up getting a refund, waited 30 mins after placing the order and no food arrived. Tragic. The coffee was pretty good but scant consolation.

Service fine, food mostly good, props for cross-cut potatoes instead of usual chops on Mexican Fries, down-marks for oxidized guacamole on same.

Bought breakfast. Then asked if they could warm up my baby's bottle. Not allowed. OK. I ask to sell me a glass of hot water to dip it in and be able to feed my baby some warm ish milk as there are no facilities in the whole terminal to allow me warming the bottle. SURPRISE. The girl won't sell me a glass of hot water because she knows I will dip in the bottle for the baby. Of course in the most condescending way. Left me feeling really angry as I've spent money which would have been better spent next door, at LA GARE who was ever so kind and was able to help. Also, their food smelled delicious. END OF RANT.

An embarrassment to the brand, nothing to sell this morning except muffins/porridge (neither of which gluten free), all breakfast boxes, poached egg boxes etc SOLD OUT. Do not rely on eating here. Staff seem clueless “like dude”

The best place to eat before crossing to France! The young lady at the counter was very friendly. I have gluten and dairy allergies and ordered the new Moroccan meatball rice dish it was delicious and I was fine.

Stopped for half an hour before the Eurotunnel, they said they had gluten free chicken nuggets but not until lunch, ordered a bacon and egg bun, the bacon was fatty and covered in tomato sauce which was not asked for, it went straight in the bin.

Waiting 25 min for your food…and then the order is not complete….very stressful when you have a train te catch… would not recommend…
