Replaced all A/C parts due to compressor failure, charged around Aed 1700/-. Within 60 days the newly replaced A/C compressor failed again. Asked them to check what's the reason, they said they have "No Clue" why it failed. They asked us to pay again to replace the failed A/C parts because parts initially replaced by them had NO guarantee/warranty also of CHEAP quality/price which was not mentioned by them at the time of replacing. I also requested to partly refund for the charges we had paid, which was also refused by them.

These people are the best examples of;
1. Literally unprofessional way of conducting a business as they have "No Clue" of their own work.
2. How to unsatisfy customers after charging them immensely for cheap quality products and
3. A waste customer servise.

People looking for quality products and better service for the same rates, this place is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very good garage, the owner wins the trust by charging the amount which is actual.

He doesn't increases the bill unnecessarily by digging our minor ignoranble issues.

Prompt service ,great that u get a text and phone call to say Yr driver is en route- and great that the message tells u what car/reg number. I had a lovely wee lady from Uddingston this morning to take me to the airport. Very helpful and chatty. Thank you! A++

Booked a taxi to meet me off the train. Called 20 minutes after booking time when it hadn’t showed to see where it was just to be told it’s not even guaranteed a taxi would be there even with taking the booking. Not great service at all especially late at night when it’s dark. I’d rather have been told there was no chance of getting a taxi and figure something out in the meantime than wait and discover there was little chance of getting one anyway. Absolute poor show and service

Abysmal service. Booked through the app where it said I would have a 20 minute wait. An hour later a driver has finally been assigned, who then was unassigned a minute later. Called to ask what happened, the number the app gave me took me to United cabs instead, who hung up on me. Would not recommend to anyone

They didn't turn up and then claimed the driver couldn't find the address so they cancelled with no warning or notice. Called but no answer. I stood outside waiting for 15 mins and then gave up. Disappointed, zero communication and service.

Taking bookings then not honouring them. Say they dont work the area. Don't take the booking then. Wouldn't be that if it was Glasgow Airport and a 40 quid fare

Very poor service, similar to other reviews, you make a booking and it's not honoured. When making a booking on the app if tells you a time 30mins and then over an hour later still no sign of a taxi. Phone through the app and you will get the United ma I cars as A1 do not have anyone answering the phone. Better option is to phone Private Hire.

This is the work taxi company in Lanarkshire if not Scotland. Operators absolutely useless. You book a taxi for x time and they don't organise it will it's that time. They give you no commitment over where your taxi is or will arrive either then have an attitude problem when you ask them for the details. Absolutely shocking service. Won't be using them ever again and this seems to be a consistent opinion across friends/family in the area.
