Been buying and recommending this store to friends and family from last 15 years,yes they used to sell unbranded watches years ago,but since last few years they are officially appointed retailer for the brands they sell at thier stores...Armani,fossil, guess,Michael kors and other fashion brands , I know this for sure as I have contacts with the distributors that sell them these brands...and the international warranty provided is a valid one...so no doubt other authenticity of products sold here!

This is my favourite place to shop. Amazing variety and very competitive prices. Staff very courteous. Awnor also very helpful and humble Outstanding service.excellent range of watches .great place for good quality products at reasonable prices.pls do visit this shop .

Quick summary of the review - this store sells fake watches and threatens you when you complain about their faulty products.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!

This shop is on a main street of Dubai's famous Meena Bazar. Against my better judgement, I bought an Emporio Armani watch from this shop couple of months ago, while I was strolling the area with a few tourist friends. The store looked legitimate and seemed to have a good collection of watches from most designer brands. The very next day after the purchase, my watch stopped working and I called the shop to figure what could be wrong. The shop owner rudely said its a battery issue and even before I asked anything about warranty, he said "battery is not covered under warranty". Since it was a new watch, I took the watch to an Al Futtaim watches showroom in Mall of Emirates. The service staff there inspected the watch and immediately confirmed my worst fear - that it was a FAKE WATCH.

I called the shop and passed on this information and asked if I could get a refund, the shop owner rudely yelled "next time dont buy from my shop".

Lesson learnt - DO NOT BUY EXPENSIVE WATCHES from shops in Bur Dubai / Meena Bazar.

They're thieves. They will sell you fake watches in lieu of genuine watches.. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDS..!!
