I was planning to make my son's birthday special and you guys made it possible, My room was extremely pleasant and clean. Yasir made it extra special with attention to detail and left a nice welcoming gesture. I will definitely come back. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my family, Thank you again Grandeur Hotel for the great experience and excellent job.

A very good place to stay. Services were pretty good. The staffs were well mannered and helpful. Mr Raju and team did a wonderful part in providing great food. I was here for a week and menu gets changed daily. I would rate 4 out of 5 for food.

My fourth trip in as many months. It feels like home. The staff and environment is friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my breakfast which sets me up for the day. Will be back regularly.

I really wanted to give it a higher rating due to how attentive the staff were, however the rooms themselves were disappointing.

So firstly, thank you to the staff of the hotel for trying to their best to remedy situations!

The bad:
- The rooms smell bad. There's an old, musky smell in the rooms. I'm guessing the furniture doesn't get a deep clean or the carpet so it sticks.

- There was bugs in the sink. I don't really know what else to say to that. However after pointing it out and showing the video, they gave me a refund of 5 days worth of upgrade which was nice but the bugs were still there on my last day. So definitely a structural issue with the hotel.

- The in-room dining menus pricing was wrong.

- The shower would flicker between hot and cold consistently.

- The decor is definitely something out of The Shining.

EDIT: Been having to chase this refund since the 25th April. Bad business.

I did a last minute booking and stayed at the hotel for 7 days .. i highly recommended it .. Top in cleaning Asif he is doing great job in keeping the room in high hygiene.. all the team are friendly from reception to the restaurant guys . Keep it up . I will recommend it to all my business friends . Thanks for having me

Over rated Hotel. I will give 2 star as my stay with Grandeur was not that great. Our room was full of stale cigarette smoke. On our request he promised to change but no action had been taken. Breakfast is served with not much options. Bath Tub is too small and the shower is full of surprises with sometimes hot & cold water. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Awesome staffs from housekeeping, pool staffs, conceirge/reception to managers. Very helpful and accomodating, rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Choices of good cuisines are available as well. Love the sports bar, good for chilling with live band????

Very nice and quiet place to live. Cooperative and friendly staff. Mr Wazir is deferential, accommodating and cooperative while in restaurant all staff is helpful.
Facilities are good and charges are not very high.
