Well, very much disappointed . Today i purchased white forest cake. As i know about Grandiose S.M they always serve you fresh.
The cake was old and felt smell and taste like its 2 to 4 days old cake.
I am permenent customer for Grandiose and this is the first time this has happen..

Horrible the contact person decided to shut down the online process by himself and was sleeping over the phone!!! Ghassan aboud you have a great outlet’s please work-on your stuff its really horrible yesterday one of your employees told me serve yourself am busy imagine !!

Whenever I order on WhatsApp they write that delivery guy is off or it’s impossible to order because he is alone there! It’s walking area 200 meters tho! Lazy stuff
