Me and my friend ordered 2 pizzas from Grandiose yesterday.(1+1 offer). We both got food poisoning from eating them. ???? We still feel pretty bad. So just be careful buying from there!!

I love it !!! It is my favourite supermarket. Everything looks so good and fresh. A little bit pricey, that's why we hoping for more promotions ;) Staff is amazing, very helpful .... Highly recommended !

Impressive!! I love the high quality and how welcoming and friendly the team there. The buffet and fresh food concept is very smart. The Shawarma chef is another level! ????????

I visited the coffee shop at grandiose where the customer service of that guy ( with long hair ) was pathetic, potryaing he was racist! We called him twice or thrice during the billing which he totally ignored! The approach towards us was very disheartening ! Customer relationship training is must required for that guy!

I just want to say you have a great employee, he said he was in charge that night but not the manager I think his name is Haian.
I came to your store angry because I bought meat which was old and smelly, but then the butcher called haian who came and we spoke for almost half an hour, at the end I left your store satisfied and happy which wasn't my intention but this guy has a way of making your anger disappear.
I hope all customer service employees have your attitude and politeness haian.

A big shout out to the cashier Nameera. She is very active and friendly and really hard working.
Hope she gets the recognition and rewards for her hard work.
I see her always alone at the cash counter and handing long queues single handed.
