Grandiose - is my favorite type of stores, where you can find healthy and clean food, fresh products, good service and reasonable prices comparing to other stores nearby.

Only here you can have the best Shawarma ever from the good chef Amir ????

They have this small cafe called as crave cave cafe
Omg saw their reels all over Instagram and I had to make it
Omg I love their 3aed Icecream omg it was really mind blowing in this summer !! Really enjoyed it to the fullest!!

Visited many times this amazing supermarket in Al Barsha.
What happens in this particular one I don't have idea. Messy, not clean products not arranged, not really my business at all, but at this time, wanna buy some fresh juice 10 minutes before their closing, seller ask me not to use juicer as it already cleaned, and suggest me to take squeezed one, which was last one at the display, I thought: why not. But it was my mistake, juice was really bitter and taste lake an orange peel, probably that was residual from juicer. Really dissatisfied. Whoever does that got really low IQ and understanding in their work. Whoever in charge make some briefing how to work proper way. Really made my end of the day, but in a bad way...
No need put your "machine" answer. go there or else where. I would never come again, that was enough.

The worst customer service by far at the store. in the cashier staff disrespectful. the Philippine lady. not even eye contact with customer. ( a year and half before great customer service there. staff was kind enough. now all new employees.

The super mart closes billing station for 15 mins everyday . It needs a bit cleaning , very few billing station . Long queues. The staff is least bothered even if gets crowded.

Prices are usually different on the shelf and the cashier. Always double check as the one in cashier is always higher! Complained multiple times and got no feedback nor improvement.

Always wrong prices and supplementary charges for nothing!! Be cautious and check your receipts.
For the request to provide management details simply no answer, not even apologies, unacceptable, poorly trained staff.

This used to be the best supermarket, but they changed almost all the staff a few months ago. Now there are far fewer staff. It is difficult to get service and the staff seem overworked, stressed, and unhappy. They also used to have terrific fresh produce, but it is not nearly as good now. Such a shame that they changed it to make it a less pleasant place to shop.
