I have bought couple of times products which was completely expired. Last time it was Milk, when I brought back milk to shop to show them that it’s not safe to sell such a product in shop and asked to speak with manager. Someone talk to me on the phone without any actions taken regarding this situation. No product replacement, no money return, no investigation on the situation , absolutely zero action.

Quiet upsetting that your seats have just rods and no cushions. Moreover when asked your staff about the cushion, they replied no we don’t have. Quiet some attitude all their staff carry. Hoping staff will have good attitude and will be more welcoming next time.

Absolutely terrible customer service. On my previous visit I asked a simple question regarding something and I got attitude from one of the employees. I won’t mention her name but she better watch out next time with the way she responds because not every customer will react patiently. Some employees don’t even speak English properly so it’s such a hustle to even ask them a simple question. Grandiose, you can do better.

The worst service staff ever when u go they just busy chitchatting! And I have bad experience with my order I placed with them and asked for home delivery after waiting for one day I called them to check they said we will not do delivery WHAT!!!!!!!! How u can charge me and then say we will not do and wait extra days for your refund!!!!!!!!
I don’t recommend buying from there
