I visited many villas around dubai like damac hills, akoya, arabian ranches... And all are good so far. But this one caught my full attention.. The atmosphere inside the compound was excellent, with date palms in the middle and gardens on both sides, water fountain in the round about. Distance between opposite villas were not too wide so i felt tree shades all around the compound which made all the difference. Along with breeze and chirping birds it was an excellent atmosphere.

Green Community West , phase 3 is the worst community! Management doesn’t fix the problems. We faced lots of issues since we moved . If we read reviews before we signed the contract , we would not even consider moving here.

1. AC didn’t work properly for entire summer . Maintenance team couldn’t fix it. Master room ac has issue which was fixed partially and 2 other bedrooms were really hot to live . The ac issue is common in this community . You pay thousands aed for warm air flow of the AC .

2. Water tank was molded all over and water was sticky . When it was discovered and maintenance team cleaned it, we were advised to clean it every 3-4 months , second time when it was requested they replied it will cost 400 aed for cleaning.

3. Balcony doors had gaps and it was not completely fixed , The rooms were dusty and sandy during summer so we bought tapes to cover those gaps and during rain all water came from those gaps.

4. During the rain the house had leakage from the rooftop and doors . Some neighbors houses were flooded on upper floors. When called to Maintenance team, we were told someone would eventually come , and no one came that day. When reached the office we were told that due to weather conditions the maintenance team was given off day .

5. When we thought thanks god summer is over so our AC issue wont disturb us we started to have issue with water pressure and hot water is not hot enough .

If the management reads the comments I would recommend to take an action of fixing the problems and keeping the existing tenants instead of deleting negative posts .

Beautiful villas that are so elegant in terms of living life, ideal place to live with family and enjoy isolation from the busy city which never sleeps.

This high end community has lost 25 percent of its real estate value over the past five years but it's still a nice place to live--if you can dish out 3+ million AED for a mere mansionette.
