Sadly to share very bad experience , we book flat in January , just this week contract is ready (6 month later) and land department registration might take god knows how long , when I wanted to meet the MD to discuss this issue - reception said he doesn’t meet anybody and i am free to go to land department , she just doesn’t care. They said if to dispatch contact to client address - they will take 3 weeks just to dispatch. Just who process is ridiculous. They have no process in place , very disorganized.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They are the most unreliable, incompetent and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. They have not solved the very big issues in my apartment that should’ve been done during the liability period when it was first handed over ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO! I have been going back and forth with them for so long and dealing with a team of people who do not care to find the root cause of huge issues in my apartment and only offer very temporary solutions. You will have ignored calls, emails that take weeks to answer, and WhatsApp messages left on “read” for days. TRUST ME. Do not invest in any Green Group properties - THEY SUCK. Building that is faulty from its core! Horrible underground drainage system that is causing major issues inside apartments that CANNOT BE SOLVED. If you buy something from them, GOOD LUCK!

If you manage to get them on the phone you are lucky! Then if you manage to get something as simple as a plan of your house you are very lucky... i have never seen such a poor customer service from a developper. The staff cannot provide simple guidance and refuse to link you to their managers, giving a very bad image of the business!

One of the professional team working in this office.

Out class office fitting with a spectacular view.

Meeting rooms are totally separate where you can discuss the matters with the developer team.

You can park your car in Marina Mall And walk to the building.

The lifts are a bit busy all the time.

Tumps up for the team and the way they handle the clients.

Highly recommended.

Green Group never finished the DLD failures we showed them during snagging.
Not responding to emails and calls. The only time I got a respond was with a paper attached with their signature all Snaggs were done, BUT the important signature of the owner agreeing that everything was done is missing. After that ghosting. During the snagging time they even had the audacity to laugh in my face when I showed them broken tiles, their response I can only expect 70% quality and that would be standard in UAE. All the promises they told us were just big lies and is part of their scam to sell fast. In the meantime water is running out of the ceiling, the garage has had from the beginning water leakages everywhere and services charges which are almost the highest in the area.

This company is the worst ever. I have had nothing but empty promises since buying an apartment from Green Group. They have fancy offices and say all the right things - but since handover they have been uncontactable to resolve any snags. Customer service is non-existent. They are basically just liars. Avoid using this company unless you want disappointment.

Professional staff and excellent product. The finishing of the buildings are exceptional and they think about all the final touches with care.
The Signature Livings, in special, took my breath out, as it combines good design taste with technology and innovation.
Their team is always ready to meet you and clarify your questions, even if you don’t have experience with the complicated real estate market.
Over all that, they also showed great kindness to their clients when the pandemic started and prompted a way of providing some relief during such situation.

5 stars only because 6 stars not available.
I had the privilege of dealing with Green Properties/Group prior to Covid negatively influencing the world.
I did so much research prior to choosing them and I’m really glad I did.
They have an amazing product. Top quality finishes, bespoke fittings and little extra touches you don’t see often in Dubai.
In addition this is a developer that cares about what they offer their clients and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is perfect.
Green Group is a company you can trust, ethical and personal with your interests at heart.
When we ran into financial difficulties during the pandemic, Green Group came to our rescue to ensure we were exceptionally well taken care of. They offer peace of mind which you can never put a price on.
I cannot recommend the company enough. If you have any doubts about projects and developers, look no further… you’ve found the best…
