Bought a brand new stand bag less than a year ago and despite normal use the bottom plate fabric teared up probably for a manufacturing defect, making it unusable. Customer support was extremely poor, they didn't even try to look at fixing it or offered to trade it in for a new one. Very disappointing from the perspective of a recurrent customer who has also previously recommended the store to other fellow golfers. Ended up buying a new bag at at Golf Superstore.

Small store however the prices are good. I go here to buy used golf balls which I get 40 for just over 100 dirhams.
