Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service of this restaurant. I'm a regular customer - ordering 2x daily or at a minimum 5x weekly. I'm expecting a level of commitment that when I call to complain about a food I have specific instructions on that it should be acknowledged and met with a willingness to find a solution. But to not accept accountability and not accommodate a request for refund for an order that failed to meet expectation then restaurant management is simply greedy and its approach to customer service should be seriously reconsidered because it's current approach is almost criminal.

We almost have tried their dishes. But it has been Our go to place for a kare-kare fixed. We order every time via Careem app. Must try!
