The restaurant is a bit smaller than would expect and the ac wasn't running well when I went, but the food made up for the atmosphere

Their website and mobile app are very hard to navigate through or order from, loyalty points are pointless, for years that was always the case and they never bothered to update or enhance them.
My latest issue with them when they never fulfilled my order that I placed online! Imagine waiting for more than an hour, never get your order, then calling them only to hear their excuse that they "forgot" to punch the order!!! I asked to talk to the restaurant manager Hamza, then they told me he is not here and will call me back when he arrives, obviously no one called or even bother to try to compensate me for the order issue.
Grillo, you lost my advocacy, loyalty and respect. Its a shame for a restaurant or brand to drop from BEST to ZERO like that...

The sauces that these guys use is otherworldly. Everything they provide is just the same normal chickenand fries you can get anywhere, but the SAUUCE is incredible. It's EASILY superior to nandos sauce.
Food here is more expensive. Only useful offers are the platter deals (around 150-200)
