Parked here and had my rear window smashed in and bags stolen in full daylight!! Thought this was meant to be a secure car park. Will not be using again as seems this is a regular occurrence. Attendant downstairs was not in the least bit interested or helpful.

The first time that we parked the car there we were satisfied because we thought it was a reliable and secure car park. But on May 6 (Coronation Day) me and my family were going on a day out to London,but I never expected that one of our car windows (rear) got smashed into I was so shocked, There was no CCTV on floor 1 only in the entrance and exit. It was 3 cars that were smashed that night.‼️ THEY ONLY TARGET CARS THAT ARE PARKED BACKWARDS‼️ I really hope someone guards that car park but for me I will never park there anymore.

We recently had some last minute filming plans sprung on us at short notice and were feeling incredibly stuck as we needed a vast, well lit and aesthetically pleasing car park space in central London. I contacted this NCP branch on a whim thinking that full well they would be unable to accommodate us and our filming needs at such short notice. Tim and the team went above and beyond to enable our filming plans, they couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs and make our vision a reality. The space at the carpark is vast, although it is sheltered it isn’t short of natural light and although we expected the shelter may make things tricky everything looked fantastic and this didn’t complicate things at all. If ever we need a similar space again this will be our first port of call, would highly recommend!

Park at your own risk!!!!
We used this parking facility, and arrived back to our vehicle to find the back windscreen smashed and all our luggage stolen. No CCTV on the floors,and very little assistance from management. Friends have had similar experiences.

Absolutely the worst car park you can go to, my rear window was smashed along with 2 other cars. Goods were stolen in the boot. NCP did nothing about it as theyre useless. Also no CCTV on other floors.

Rear window violently smashed with a fire extinguisher and luggage stolen despite luggage not being visible from outside the car, also happened to another car in the car park. Happened at 3pm in broad daylight. There are no NCP staff on site, no one answering any phone lines. Despite NCP head office being next door. No CCTV. After nearly 2 hours a cleaner turned up. Then tried to charge for the extra parking time waiting for the police! NCP clearly don't care about the safety of their customers or their vehicles. Avoid at all costs.

Car broken into tonight, rear window smashed with fire extinguisher and bags taken. Not sure how a car park this secure can be so vulnerable. Bizarre, do not use. And they charged me £28 for this lovely experience.

Most unreliable & unsafe Car park, I can't even share my frustration, my rear glass screen got smashed badly and my items got stolen, this car park doesn't have camera on the floor & because of horrible & pathetic customer service who lied to me that I will get phone call in 2 to 3 days which I never received, I phoned them back about the incident & then customer service said, the previous staff on previous call 2 days back didn't record your email address and phone number so she recorded again and now it's more than 10 days and I still haven't receive the phone call about this issue... It's better use street parking or somewhere else atleast car will stay safe, I don't even wanna give 1 star!!!
