Horrible Customer Service from the Filipino Cashier Lady!

They had accidentally given us extra items in our order and forced us to pay for it saying that "We had to buy it from a different store just for you" (Even though we did not ask them to). The lady rudely spoke to me saying 'THINK BEFORE YOU ORDER NEXT TIME!'. Even after reluctantly agreeing to pay for it she was extremely rude and told us to not order from there ever again and hung up the call on us.

We were paying in cash and could have refused to pay the whole thing but we chose to let it go. Im sure others have also faced issues from this filipino lady. So if the owner is reading this, fire that lady for the sake of your business. Because I know I will never order from here again.

I'm very upset with this grocery store. I forgot to get my change. And when I go back to ask about my change they refuse to give it back to. To the one who is in charge its not lot of money but I think I have the right to take back what is right for me. I even asked them to review the CCTV I can give the time so they can check and they just reply me that they can't return back my change. And even the cashier was telling me that it is my responsibility as a customer to remember my change. Seriously? Is it ur responsibility to give a 100% service to your costumer? It will not make u rich with my change but you have to be honest to your costumer. And last thing don't keep the money if its for ur costumer. If costumer forgets the change keep it a side and when she returns and ask for it you can return it. You have CCTV on the cashier area to review it anyway.

Jewsons have made a great effort to knock down prices of hundreds of their products and the staff at Leighton Buzzard are most helpful. They also have one of the best Tool hire branches in the area.

Jewsons had what I wanted at 3 times the cost of anywhere else. It baffles me how they are in business. Lead mastic at over £11 per tube and the sales guy reduced it to £9.42. It's £4 in Toolstation.

Great quality but bit pricey. If you know what you need and am not happy with homebase/BnQ, this is a great option.
