Hi,

I would like to bring to your notice that Groovy Real Estate is the most unreliable developer in the United Arab Emirate and beyond. Abhishek Jalan who is the owner or managing partner can't be trusted with regards to issues arising from his buildings. I bought an apartment in one of his buildings and the house is a living hell and the owner refused to provide quality maintenance as well. The current Facility Management company has complained severally that the developer refused to pay or commit to maintaining our building. The building materials used during construction are substandard and write-off. Attached photos are evidence of the owner's failure and can't be trusted.
