WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went there and when I was trying some shoes, someone stole one of my slipper and we couldn’t find at all! Ladies that are working there completely useless and very rude. I left, they called me back saying that I forgot something in the shop. I was already in the line of the taxis so I went back to the shop and the item found WAS NOT BELONGING TO ME. Ladies working there looked at me and laughed, I felt an idiot!

No customer service ???? especially the tall lady, i guess she was incharge of the store but i felt neglected . When u see people waiting and calling for ur help you should first attend them and assist them as you are in sales bussiness i went to buy but after that attitude i went for other brand.

I had amazing shopping yesterday with a great lady who work there her name rahma she is so amazing very polite friendly so professionnel even she help to display items for me to take picture to share with my friend in clear details, also the way she approached me and make me comfortable to get exactly what I want .
She is Turkish but she speak English and Arabic in the beginning we spoke English but once she heard me I speak Arabic, she starts to speak Arabic , really all employees amazing but this lady super wishing her all the best and I bought gifts for my friend easily without any complications thank you Ms rahma for your help so appreciated.
