I am disappointed to another level. We have been to this place many a times and we use to love the food. But their standards has gone down drastically. We were group of 10 people and opted for business lunch. The lady who was serving was so rude and not at all polite. Our menu had welcome drink. After seating there for 15 mins we did not get the drink. She got the soup and when I asked for welcome drink she was so rude in response. Finally after finishing our soup we got the welcome drink. And they choose to serve in transparent plastic cups. Looked so shabby. Only good thing in the menu was soup rest everything was pathetic. Dish name was crispy corn but what we got was corn subzi. Noodles and Manchurian tasted very average. Just hated the whole experience. Never going back.

Absolutely amazing take away ! Wow

The chicken lollipops were fantastic. The prawns in salt and pepper we’re amazing and I guess am a big fan of their sea food fried rice. Their food is definitely worth the price.

I used to be their regular customer. Recently ordered their Chicken Hakka noodles as usual.

All their chicken pieces looked funny, really undercooked, not fresh, and inedible. When I informed the issue to them via the Smiles App customer care and then directly to them via their WhatsApp I started getting excuses from them like I informed only 30 mins after I received the order (duh, I opened the packet after 30 mins as I was busy), and many others.

The tone of their response told me that customer happiness was the last thing on their mind and left me with a lot of bitterness.

So I would think twice before ordering again from them!

Good place for family and friends. A nice place to indulge your taste buds into Indo Chinese cuisine. Went for lunch and ordered Crispy Chicken Chilly as starters followed by Mix Chilli Garlic Noodles and Chicken Burn Chilly gravy. Took the Blue Sea as Beverage to cool us for this hot weather. Had Darsaan with ice cream for dessert. It was the perfect ending. The staff and manager were very prompt and excellent in their service. ????????????

The food was great! , we tried a new dish today called “Prawn burn chili” it was in a tasty sauce with some green onions , it was so scrumptious we had it twice. We tried a fish fillet with redish sauce , the fish was cooked perfectly and the sauce was good , our waiter was Balwant Singh and he served us incredibly. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Looking for some Desi Indo Chinese food....try out @gypsychineseuae

We tried
Hot & Sour Soup - Perfect in taste but not too spicy.
Paneer Twin Pepper - This was something new and we loved the flavours. Veg Manchurian - Good flavours and went well with the noodles.
Veg Chilly Garlic Noodles.

Each and every dish was perfect and street style Chinese. We loved it and am sure you guys will love it too. Give them a try!!!

Who can miss Desi Chinese at Gypsy. They are an expert in it for sure. Recently they relocated their new outlet in foodie hub Karama. What an amazing cozy place with nice quirky ambiance, amazing service, comfortable seating and lip smacking taste. Ordered few items from their elaborate menu and simply loved each and every bite of it.

Starters.

Soups.

They have a huge selection of Veg and Non Veg soups. Tried their monchows and clear chicken soup. Monchows was the perfect one served with crisoy fried noodles and variety of sauces.

Chicken Burnt Chilly.

What a perfect taste flavorful chicken sautéed in black sauce spicy gravy a perfect amalgamation of spices topped with spring onions. Highly Recommended!

Pan Fried Fish.

Light and crispy crunchy golden pan fried fish fillet was a perfect treat for all fish lovers. Super soft that it melts in your mouth. Loved it.

Crispy Chicken Chilli

Omg this was simply the star dish. As i am a big fan of Chicken Chilly and this one was the crispier one. Tossed in red sauce and fried in crispy batter was such a treat to enjoy.. In love with this one.

Prawns Pepper Chilli

Prawns cooked in black pepper sauce topped with spring onions and sautéed onion.A perfect seafood treat.

Main Course.

Really impressed with the variety they are offering. What a huge selection of dishes they have. Tried Chicken Fried Rice with Chicken Manchurian and it was simply outstanding. Generous portion amazing taste.

Drinks & Desserts

In drinks ordered the Bora Bora and blue sky drink both were super refreshing. In desserts Sizzl7brownie is a must try for all chocolate lovers. It was served on a sizzling tray with chocolate sauce and topped with vanilla icecream. The next was Crispy noodles with honey and sesame topped with vanilla icecream it was good but it was not so tempting for me as I really don’t like the over powering honey taste. Sizzling brownie is a must try. Generous portion.

Service & Ambiance.

It was a cozy outlet with perfect desi chicken taste and exceptional service.
The head waiter Mr Chandrakant was such a great host. He explained each and every dish and served us with a big smile. Loved the hospitality of this place guys. It is a must visit in Karama.
