We were at the Dubai Hills mall at H&M store to exchange some item.

The counter staff called for Sheila to assist us. Sheila was so polite, friendly and quick and got our exchange done in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer support and the quickest in my years of experience in Dubai. Thank you Sheila

I would love appreciate the talented cute (Laila) the sales lady who is really helping me every time I visit the store,she guided me to open the H&M account and above that she is always giving me tips to change my style and how to choose the best pieces to fit my body to have the better look, she is dealing with customers as friends ????
