I left my shoes for cleaning on a Wednesday and someone messaged me the following day that they are still waiting for the shoe cleaner guy to come in. So I gave them all the time till Sunday. "SURPRISINGLY" when I advised that I will be coming in for pick up the guy on the shop was not aware of my item AND they have done nothing on my shoes. They say they cannot do anything with the cleaning or to restore anything. Very dissappointing and unprofessional atleast a message will do to advise the customer so I have time to bring it to other restorer as I'll be needing the shoes today! NO COORDINATION WITHIN THE STAFFS AND ITS AS IF THEY DONT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Totally would not recommend this shop.
