Amazing resort! Location is a little further away from the airport, although check-in comes with drinks as you get your keys to your room. The resort offers a everyday buffet for breakfast that offers everything from waffles to curries for breakfast. Room offers a big bathroom and 2 beds together. I recommend you ask for a room on the fifth floor. Pool is a walk away, you can enjoy it with the greenery of trees and plants on the way also passing by a bridge to the beach as well (go at dark). Staff is very friendly and helpful! As your vacation ends, it will be very hard to leave the resort knowing you have to go back home after being in paradise! I am definitely coming back!

Been to Dubai 4 times now and I think this is the lowest ranked of the 4 we were booked all inclusive but it's not really all inclusive poor selection of drinks available and the mini bar in room was chargeable steakhouse on site only had one choice of steak I tried it one night and it was not the best . We got a beer one night in the steakhouse other night we were told no . The Italian restaurant on site had much better service so friendly couldn't do enough for us more like the standard we are used to in Dubai. The hotel was going through some major demolition of old sections which ment that clouds of dust were coming out and landing near the shallow end of the pool so we stayed as far away from it as possible there was no attempt to minimise the dust with water suppression. Good location and a great beach

LOVE IT!!!!
This hotel has given me great positive vibes from the minute I arrived. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful, they always have a nice smile on their faces. Check in was as fast as it gets.
The room I stayed in was fabulous, clean, chic, everything works perfectly. The laundry service is super fast, the housekeeping is one of the best I have ever seen, they would do the service anytime of the day in case I was staying for a long time in my room.
The breakfast is luxurious, most of the items are delicious and perfectly made.
This is now officially my best and favorite hotel in Dubai ❤
Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel facility, staff, location is great.

The main reason for 3 stars is the lack of variety and food quality during breakfast, club lounge high tea and cocktail hours. It was very busy when I stayed during Ramadan, the breakfast cafe on the ground floor got very busy by 8am, it was difficult even trying to order an omelette. I tried eating downstairs one day, and pretty much gave up from the next day and ate at the lounge. Same for the high tea and cocktail, the quality is just not there..

Coming from another Marriott hotel in India right before, I just felt that breakfast food options are very lacking. I ended up going out for breakfast the last few days.

It felt that the hotel was trying to save money by offering cheaper cuts of meats and cheese, if that was the case I think the hotel could have included more middle eastern / local food options. The quality of mezzes and dips could be better as well.

These experiences matter when you go on holiday, and given that the hotel was packed, breakfast was a battle, I'm not sure if I want to return to the hotel again.

Wow! Great pub quiz night tonight (Wednesdays 8pm) in the Underground! Great host and teams playing. We were all made to feel very welcome too! Drinks, food and service were spot on. Nice fresh atmosphere and space to sit it.

Good location, good food, staff is very attentive as well as management. The only problem is loud music at the beach, no way to read book, watch a movie or even talk. There is a beach bar next to the beach and 24/7 there is a loud music every day. Plus the hotel beach bar is trying to play louder. There is nowhere to escape and relax not even in the garden or pool.

Perfect place to pamper yourself with your friends or family. I was amazed how spacious Habtoor Grand Resort is. They do have children/family and adult pool. Stunning beachside ????️ the staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks to Ramzan who accommodated us on our stay. They offer spa treatment as well. The location is accessible with everything. There are a lot of shops/stores walking distance from the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel to everyone ????

Staff at the pool is rude.
My mom and my baby were at the pool and my mom’s bag got stolen.
Unfortunately I was not in Dubai and my mom doesn’t speak English. I was communicating with security by phone. The guy I was talking with was very rude to me and not helpful.
They told me as well that there are no cameras at the pool area because it’s not allowed by the law.
At the end they showed my mom the picture from CCTV at the check in area with no timing on it, claiming she came without the bag to the hotel.
When my mom asked to see the picture in details, they rudely took the device from her.
They refused to show more and help with this situation.
The most important thing in this situation, that the staff refused to help properly and was very rude.
I emailed the manager of the hotel, but never got an answer.
Be careful with your belongings and do not believe it’s safe there.
