Well it was a great experince from Nathan our Sales team member who arranged my New Used Car from Skoda Yeomans Indian Queens Cornwall, He was great and went above and beyond and resolved any issues, the reason for 4 stars is on the day of pick up the car devolped a main fault within 1 hour of picking up my new car, so after a return and a while it was resolved but it did dampen the experince of a new car but I would recommend talking to Nathan to buy your next car as he was great, Thank you and heres to the next time :)

Outstanding issue over a long period of time still to be resolved. Since we bought the car brand new, we have had many issues to which the car has gone in to be checked and it is never solved. The car stops with the emergency stop safety system when there is nothing in front if there is a lorry behind our daughter would die from the impact. I am not exaggerating as it goes from 50 to 0. Instantly they don’t take it seriously to the point we had to contact skoda to Head Office and finally they started to do something about it. Every time we have had a courtesy car it is dirty and doesn’t have so much as a drop of fuel in it extremely cheap for a brand as big and rich as the Volkswagen group no one helps my wife with the heavy child seat, and they seem to talk to women as if they are a bit thick when it comes to cars. There are many other things I could tell you about this branch but it’s getting a bit of a long review already lastly when you pick your car up don’t expect it to be clean for you like it would do if you went to Ford Citroen, Isuzu, Audi, Toyota, etc.

Parts department was ok assistant a little formal and terse but the service engineer was very helpful and friendly

Carrs Skoda Indian Queens is first class when it comes to customer service and value for money.

We recently purchased a Superb from Andrew Bunt and were highly impressed with his approach to the whole sales process. We were informed upfront about the admin fee, we personally feel that it's something that should be included in the purchase, however we appreciate that is what it is.

Andrew as a sales executive is patient, calm and didn't push us to make any decisions. We were really happy with the whole experience on purchasing another car from Carrs Skoda Indian Queens. Every team member including the manager Andy in the dealership is excellent at making you feel welcome and valued as a customer.

We'd happily buy another car from here and look forward to seeing them when the Superb is due it's next service.

I have recently taken delivery of a new Skoda Kodiaq which was supplied to me by Carrs Skoda in Indian Queens. I just wanted to let others know that I received a first class service there from the salesman Andrew Bunt. He was friendly, enthusiastic and helpful throughout the purchase process. He also kept me informed on the progress of the build with weekly updates. This is the third Skoda my family have purchased and on each occasion Andrew has made me feel totally confident that we are in safe hands. I would thoroughly recommend that anyone in the local area looking to purchase a new car seek out Andrew first to see if he can help out. He is genuinely a credit to this dealership.

No one on site Sunday when I visited.
Following me receiveing a reply. We revisit the car show room today. Nathan was fantastic, helpful and very efficient and knowledgeable on the cars.
We have from only going to look around at some cars, but have ordered a new car with Nathan.
His friendly and well mannered approach should be congratulated.
If the car in the car show room had a rear camera we would have bought it.
We have something to look forward to now, when the car is manufactured.
I hope the management will reward Nathan for his approach to clients.
We look forward to being a client of Helston Garages for a long time.

I don't know whether its a common practise or was it down to me not being british but do you always ask clients to leave keys of their own cars as some sort of bond while taking another car for a test drive? Not to mention that I've handen them my DL and NI for photocopying prior to the drive. I've taken for a drive and purchased several brand new and used cars across 2 continents and it was the first time that something like happened to me. Any comments?

The team literally saved our honeymoon. Rear suspension had completely collapsed on my Yeti and they were able to get it back on the road within 24 hours. Big shoutout to Kieran for going above and beyond for us
