The hotel location is very good, which is near the metro station, the hotel staff is also friendly, the hotel needs cleanliness and hygiene.
Bed mattress change is needed in the rooms and the furniture was also very old.
We would like to do the next stay again in your hotel, but you must pay attention to these issues.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Rooms are very dirty, cockroach friendly and NOT well maintained. The worst thing is to find parking. They don't have free parking for the guests and not able to find a paid parking slot. I spend 2 hours to find a parking and it spoiled my stay at hotel. Not recommended if you have car. Roomboy should learn a lot how to behave with guests. Staffs are not professional. TV not working and no cable to connect. Not recommended for long stay.

Such a kind and helpful staff, enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful in giving me a good tour and review of the city and the location I was at. Thank you, will visit again. :)

I booked my stay at Hafez Hotel through Irshaad and loved the hospitality of the staff and Irshaad being the most welcoming host allowed the stay to be pleasant .

No microwave, no stove, no washing machine, no crockery.. even fridge and hot cattle was provided after one day.
On top of that no daily room cleaning.

Loved my stay at the hotel, the staff and manager was truly helpful with the special needs I had. Big props to them ❤️

Very very poor and mind distrubing service, and very foolish response.
Westing on money and mind piece.
After call and call, not any response from the side of appartment.
I booked from 14 January to18, 2023, after three days till 17 neither the bed sheets changed not the towels. If i asked to reception then they denied and argue from other sides.
Very poor service not to recommend. Just lost of money.

i was book 1 week before in agoda but when i arrive dubai the reception said no have room ..how come he did like this its not professional they should block the room because i book already so disappointed ????
